My story

The story didn't start with a business idea.

"Nothing changes until you stop pretending it doesn't need to."

It started with losing almost everything at once. My wife. My best friend. A family member. All in the same season. The betrayal cut deep — not just the losses, but what they revealed about how I'd been living. What I'd been avoiding. And what I'd been ignoring.

I fell into depression. Slept on an air mattress for five months. Painted houses to survive. I knew this wasn't the time to build another business. It was time to rebuild myself.

So I reached for everything I could. Therapy. Coaching. Workshops. Retreats. I went deep — not to blame anyone, but to understand what parts of me had been running on autopilot for years.

Slowly, through movement, breath, stillness and small daily foundations — I started coming back to myself. I didn't plan to become a coach. I just started sharing what worked. And men started reaching out — doing fine on the outside but completely lost on the inside.
